Our Rental Management Structure

Full Rental Management Service

(Procurement & Ongoing Management)

  • Upfront Fee: 8% + VAT of total lease value (deducted upfront).
  • Monthly Management Fee: 10% + VAT.

Example Calculation:

  • Rental: R10,000 per month
  • Lease Period: 12 months
  • Upfront Fee: R10,000 x 12 months x 8% + VAT = R11,040
  • Monthly Management Fee: R10,000 x 10% + VAT = R1,150 per month
  • Total Management Fee Over 12 Months: R13,800

Tenant Procurement Only

(No Ongoing Management)

  • Upfront Fee: 10% + VAT of total lease value (deducted upfront).

Example Calculation:

  • Rental: R10,000 per month
  • Lease Period: 12 months
  • Upfront Fee: R10,000 x 12 months x 10% + VAT = R13,800

Lease Renewal Fees:

  • Managed Leases: 6% + VAT upfront on renewal value + ongoing 10% + VAT monthly fee.
  • Procurement Leases: 8% + VAT upfront on renewal value.
